Metroplex Waterproofing, Inc. - was established as a Corporation in 1987, in Duncanville, Texas by Mr. Robert L. Ellis. Prior to this, Mr. Ellis had been doing business as Shivers Roofing and Construction, established in 1983. Currently, our offices are in Red Oak, Texas, having moved there in 1990. We have been members of AAGD since 1983. In 2008, operations were expanded to include the Austin and San Antonio Market with Mr. Paul Mitchell heading up the Regional Office Operations in Austin, Texas.

Team Members

Mr. Robert Morris - The new President / Treasurer of Metroplex Waterproofing, Inc. who took over daily operations as of April 22nd of 2012, after having worked for the Company for over 21+years in various capacities. Robert Morris is from Lancaster, Texas, where he starred in High School Football as a running back, plus he was a state champion in Wrestling.

He has over twenty years experience in Waterproofing, including high-rise, below grade plus he has been a crew foreman, dispatcher, field superintendent as well as doing take-offs for bidding and other office positions and Job Supervision. Mr. Morris’s expert knowledge in safety training and blueprint bidding has opened new doors of opportunity for our Company. Robert lives in Ft.Worth TX is married with five children.

Mrs. Meshell Morris – The new Vice President / Secretary of Metroplex Waterproofing, Inc. who is the wife of Robert Morris. Previous experience includes customer service in office/billing/collections/sales and office Management.Meshell graduated from Toni & Guy in 1995 and her hobbies our working out,fishing lakeside with kiddos.

Mr.Vernon Rogers – grew up in Texas and is now our Regional Sales Manager for our Austin / San Antonio operations. Mr.Vernon Rogers has over 50 years of Sales Management experience Mr.Vernon Rogers is an invaluable member of the Team as he is able to travel to properties in both Austin and the Dallas markets. Mr.Vernon Rogers is married with six children.

Mr.Robert Jr Morris – resides in Midlothian, Texas. An expert Waterproofer and Caulk Technican, Robert Jr has performed numerous projects over the years that required specialized training. Additionally, he has been in charge of several Above-Grade as well as Below-Grade Waterproofing projects.Robert Jr is a person in charge of our safety program as well as providing MSDS documentation on all or our big projects. Robert Jr brings to us years of experience and knowledge that are invaluable to anyone who utilizes our services

Mr. David Serach – graduated from South Grand Praire High School in Grand Praire, Texas.He studied Engineering and Mathematics at the University of Texas before graduating with a Mathematics Degree. Mr.Serach has worked for a number of large Waterproofing Firms in the Dallas area and recently joined the Metroplex Waterproofing, Inc. Team. He enjoys weight training,motorcycles and biking. We are proud to have Mr.David Serach as a Team Member!

Mr. Christian Morris - Attended Plano Senior High as the Varsity Wrestling Captain since freshman year and has joined us as Sales member with much experience in the field of waterproofing and leak repair sales support and field laborer.
